[1.49-1.53] Custom Led Name Plate for All Truck !

Today I have a mod to propose that adds custom LED nameplates to all trucks.

The modification allows you to create any inscription, because every letter of the alphabet is available in each slot.

9 slots available, after the update a table with 10 slots will be available.
